1. The service

Foodibo is a multi-tenant platform that lets restaurants publish menus and accept orders. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & team

You are responsible for your account, the teammates you invite (owner/manager/staff), and the content you publish. Keep credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to access other tenants' data or to disrupt the service.

4. Orders & payments

Orders are a contract between the restaurant and its customers. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms; fiscal receipts are issued via Fiskaly where required.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

6. Termination & changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Governing law: [jurisdiction].
